Essex Fairs and Events

We will be running a promotional advertising campaign within all of our Mid and North Essex Publications for a six week period prior to the event date. Details of the event will be on our own website and there will be links from local business sites. We will also be running a radio campaign the week prior to the event in addition to promotional Banners and posters .

The modern, business friendly Centennial Suite offers the largest hospitality lounge in Colchester giving you the choice of over 40 stands. Also with easy access for exhibitors and visitors and plenty of free parking, we feel that the Community Stadium is the most suitable environment for this type of event.

Our last business fair attracted a mixture of businesses both Local and National, which is something we are keen to repeat. To our knowledge this is the only business fair in the area and can provide you with an opportunity to promote your business to other businesses.

From Accountants to Work Wear... We will be working to a category list so that we don't over load the event with too many of the same type of business and to offer a wide and varied representation of the business world under one roof.

Doors will open to the public at 11.00 am and exhibitors can arrive from 9.30am

Your stand cost includes the use of a trestle table, cloth and chairs. Electricity is available at a nominal charge. We would need to know your electric requirements at the time of booking.

Unfortunately, this is not an option, however, we will do our best to place your company next to a chosen business where possible.

There will be teas and coffees available just outside the Centennial suite. Bottled water will also be supplied to each exhibitor stand. We have been informed that there will also be a Cafe situated next door to the main entrance by the time of the event. The Cafe is due to open early in 2010

There is ample free parking at the venue.
