Below are questions we are often asked about our Wedding Fairs:
There are between 50-80 exhibitors at each fair with a wide variety of wedding
related businesses. We do work to a category list so as not to overload the
fair with one type of business.
On average there are around 1,000 people through the door at each event.
Exhibitors who have been at the fair will get offered the same stand at the
same event the next year. If they do not take up their stand it can be offered
to other exhibitors on our waiting list. A deposit is required to secure your
stand.
It depends on the size of the stand, just be careful to not overcrowd the area.
You can rotate staff during the day.
There are four fashion shows during the day. Occasionally slots become available
and this will have to be discussed with the organisers.
You can use our leaflet distribution service, where we can place upto 400 of
your leaflets into our gift bags which are given to the first 400 brides as
they come through the door. There is a charge for this service.
Visitors Questions
Entrance is £2.50 per person (excluding children). You will also get free
parking when you validate your ticket on exiting.
Some exhibitors sell products on the day and there's usually a sample of yummy
cake, chocolate strawberry, delicious popcorn or caterers nibbles to try
